Steam condensate exchange station Modulo M10 for up to a maximum of ten modules at a total output of 1,300 kW.
The unused tapping points are closed with high-quality screw connections and dummy disks. The most important advantage of this modular system is the stepwise expansion, if and when the output has to be increased when additional buildings, for example, are linked to the supply district heating network as with FUG in Ulm.
Another advantage is the fast installation of Modulo (approx. 1/2 hour per module). The necessary adaptation of the Kvs value can be carried out easily, fast and inexpensively on account of our universal condensate control valve, type 185, DN 15, as a range from Kvs 0.025 to 1.4 can be covered by simply replacing the seat and cone.
High-quality insulating mattresses, which can be fitted quickly, are also part of the supply, such as the Bälz fittings, valves and the switch cabinet with monitoring controls as well as micro-processor control.
