Industry frequently requires saturated steam or slightly superheated steam for production processes. The best examples are the chemical industry, the textile, timber and paper industry.
As the in-company networks only have steam with very high boiler pressures frequently, Baelz offer more than only pressure reduction. In addition, Baelz supplies the controllable steam jet pump with cooling water injection, so-called hot steam cooler or saturated steam generator.
This unit is used to reduce the pressure of the steam and to inject condensate directly into the superheated steam for cooling at the same time. Thus, all physical steam properties can be achieved - from superheated steam to wet steam. Process-related load variations are balanced quickly.
These devices along with all required components are available as compact stations which we design and construct specifically to your requirements and needs.
