For decades, Baelz has been supplying pure steam generating systems, which are used in medical engineering, in clinics and hospitals as well as in office buildings.
Independent boiler plants or district heat suppliers supply the hot steam which is suitable for hygienic requirements, such as sterilisation, but which cannot be used for humidity control of air-conditioning systems.
The primary steam is used as heating medium for the generation of pure steam. Correspondingly treated feed water is supplied to the steam generator where it is heated so much that pure steam is produced with the requested pressure and corresponding degree of purity for further use.
High-quality materials on the pure steam side including high-quality seal materials ensure a high degree of purity.
The measuring and control equipment monitors the quality of the feed water, controls the steam pressure and ensure continuous elutrilation of the plants.
Depending on space, connection conditions and requirements, Baelz supplies the customer with the suitable solution as ready-mounted steam terminal with all required components, with horizontal or upright steam generator - all from one source.
