Ten new VW Golf Variant BlueMotion for use by customer services
As a partner of industry and facility management supplying energy-saving technologies, W. Baelz & Sohn attaches great importance to high efficiency for its fleet of vehicles as well. With its BlueMotion models VW offers low-cost vehicles, and W. Baelz & Sohn, located in Heilbronn since 1913, offers low-cost processes in heat technology.
"For decades, Baelz technology has been helping to reduce the CO2 emissions of thermodynamic plants", said Managing Director Florian Baelz during the handover of Golf Variant on 11th December 2008. "For this reason we were very pleased to find equally economical models at Volkswagen."
The company purchased ten estate cars Golf BlueMotion for customer service use all over Germany from Autozentrum Hagelauer in Heilbronn, whose customer Baelz has been for more than fifty years. Compared to the previous models, Baelz saves a considerable quantity of greenhouse gases.
Autozentrum Hagelauer also banks on modern energy management with its photovoltaic solar power plant on the roof. Baelz communicates this claim directly: "We save CO2 whilst driving - and you with Baelz technology."
